Canadian singer and songwriter Bryan Adams will offer a concert in Costa Rica next October 8th at the Coca Cola Amphitheater at Parque Viva.

Promoting company Move Concerts is in charge of bringing this concert. The company confirmed tickets will go on sale August 12th at 10 a.m. through the website www.boleteria.cr

This is part of the tour Shine A Light, which includes presentations in Canada, UK, New Zealand, Australia and Europe, it was also announced recently visits to South American (Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Peru and Argentina) and Costa Rica will be the only Central American country to host the artist.

Bryan Adams was at the top of his career in the 80’s and 90’s and he globally known by his songs “(Everything I do) I Do It For You”, “Summer of 69”, and his contribution with Sting and Rod Steward “All for Love”.

Adams won 20 Juno Awards, received 15 Grammy Award nominations and won the Grammy for Best Song Written Specifically of a Motion Picture or Television in 1992. He also won MTV, ASCAP, American Music Awards and three Ivor Novello Awards for song composition. The Canadian has been nominated five times for Golden Globe Awards and three times for Academy Awards for his songwriting for films.

Shine a Light is the name of his latest album, which was released March 1st from the hand of Universal Music Group. This album includes 14 studio recordings that were co-written with Ed Sheeran. The album also includes a duet with Jennifer Lopez.
