Concentrix is a high value business services company operating in 25 different countries and a subsidiary of the Fortune 500 Synnex corporation based in Fremont, California.
The company, which is celebrating 10 years of operations in Costa Rica, is currently looking for recruitment specialists, account supervisors, quality and finance analysts, customer service representatives, and technical support agents who can speak English, French, German, and/or Spanish, according to an official press release.
Concentrix also announced today that in addition to opening 700 new positions, they plan to complete their fourth building, an 11,000 square meter modern facility in Pavas, by December. The building is designed to house up to 1,600 workers and includes innovative technologies to provide a creative and relaxing work environment.
They will be hiring between now and November 30 at all three of their centers in Costa Rica: San José, Pavas, and Heredia, said Mariela Gomez Calvo, Concentrix Corporate Relations manager in an e-mail.
“In the last 15 years the number of multinational businesses in the [service] sector has grown 20-fold, comprising a cluster of 139 major companies today,” said Jorge Sequiera, Director of the Investment Promotion Agency (CINDE) in a press statement.
