Andrea Dipre, an Italian attorney and caustic comedian who is mostly known for his explicit interviews with adult film actresses, erotic models and prostitutes, recently visited Costa Rica.

Signor Dipre hails from the Northern Italian region of Trentino. As a young attorney, he got involved in regional politics, an endeavor he abandoned after a disastrous political campaign. He then worked as an art critic before turning to shock comedy and pornography. In a sense, his comedic style is similar to that of British star Sacha Baron Cohen in the sense that he comes across as a serious interviewer before playing shocking jokes on his subjects.

Signor Dipre always features a critical undertone in his video programs. While visiting Costa Rica, he played the part of “ugly European tourist,” a stereotype that sadly comes to life more often than desired. Uncouth North American and European tourists believe that people in Costa Rica will let them get away with anything because they come with cash. To this effect, Signor Dipre begins his report from the beach, where he takes swigs from a bottle of whiskey before reaching into a bag of cocaine, using a straw and credit card to consume it as passerby walk on and pay no mind. He also speaks English loudly and badly, believing that anyone can understand him because “Costa Rica is part of the United States.”

It appears as if Signor Dipre chose the Central Pacific coast of Costa Rica to produce his latest show. After drinking whiskey and snorting cocaine on the beach (more than likely iced tea and baking soda) he heads into the forest looking for monkeys before pausing to film on the popular caiman spot on the bridge over the Tarcoles River near Jaco Beach.

A bulk of Signor Dipre’s digital film work involves himself having sex with women, whom he calls “works of moving art.” Some of the women are pornographic actresses while others are prostitutes. He often jokes that he is able to sleep with just about any woman as long as there is a price to negotiate. That also happens in Costa Rica, as he has sex on camera with a prostitute.

In Italy, Signor Dipre has a couple of channels on the SKY TV satellite network, and he has a string of YouTube channels online.
