The Costa Rican Electricity Institute Will Auction 267 Used Vehicles

The Costa Rica Electricity Institute (ICE) will be auctioning a total of 267 used vehicles, among these: cars, motorcycles, and four-wheelers.

In order to participate, those interested can go to the ICE in Rincón Grande de Pavas, between November 8 and November 17 from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. to take a look at the vehicles, each of which will have a complete description. A deposit must be made for a total of ¢100,000 to ICE accounts at Banco de Costa Rica, this amount will be reimbursed if the party doesn´t acquire any item or will be discounted from the final price if an item is acquired. ICE will provide the first 300 people that go to the exhibit and make the deposit an auction paddle to participate.
This activity is part of a strategy to optimize and improve the institution´s operations by cutting expenses and receiving additional income.

The base price for motorcycles is of ¢310,000 (approximately $554.00), for vehicles ¢1,300,000 (approximately $2,320.00) and trucks ¢1,600,000 (approximately $2,857).
Parts are also for sale for different vehicles.

The auction will take place November 21.
