If you have your mind made up and have decided to build or buy a house or apartment in Costa Rica, the Construction Expo (ExpoConstrucción) 2018 is a great place to start looking for options .

This event will take place February 21-25 at the Pedregal Event Center in San Antonio de Belen, Heredia.

Lots, houses, apartments, condominiums, over 217 stands offering construction materials, decoration materials etc., is just part of what you’ll find at this event where more than 200 residential projects will be offering information.

The options include vertical and horizontal condominiums, studio apartments and houses in different areas of the great metropolitan area as well as coast zones like Guanacaste, Jacó and rural areas such as La Fortuna in San Carlos.

Eco-Friendly residential options, 1 or 2 bedroom apartments close to the universities, mixed projects that offer entertainment and work options, gated communities with access to different services such as gym, pool, playground, tennis courts, the alternatives are many and variable.

For those that already own a house but want to do some remodeling, the latest tendencies, modern decorations, interior decorating advice and materials can also be found at the Construction Expo.

“This is an ideal opportunity for people to find an option, we have gone through an important effort to gather the best proposals and save visitors time and money that they would have to invest if they have to go visit each one of the projects individually, here everything is under one roof”, explained Randall Briceño, organizer of the event.

The event will be open Wednesday through Saturday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
