Delicious Tacos on the menu at Hotel Chantel
Hotel Chantel, the ocean view boutique hotel with the best 360-degree panoramic view of Playas del Coco in Guanacaste, is happy to announce that its
scenic rooftop restaurant is now open to the public. This comfortable restaurant was inaugurated for the convenience of hotel guests just in time for the 2013 holiday season; however, management had to smooth out a few things before opening to the public.
Hotel Chantel is one of the top boutique hotels in Playas del Coco, which is fast becoming a premier tourist destination in Guanacaste. This hotel is already known for its Sunday Funday, on which visitors are invited to spend the afternoon at the swimming pool while they enjoy a BBQ and the ocean view. Now they will also be able to enjoy a refreshing menu as well as beer, wine and a few specialty cocktails.

The chicken taco features chipotle seasoning, melted cheese, roasted corn avocado salsa, and a special slaw. The vegetarian taco is made with black beans and melted cheese along with a special salsa and slaw. The pork taco is roasted al pastor and includes grilled pineapple, chopped white onions, and cilantro.
Side dishes include ceviche, fried yucca (cassava) chips, fried plantain chips (patacones) with a warm cheese and bean dip, and french fries. Drinks include ice-cold Imperial and Pilsen, house wine, Micheladas, Canadian Caesar, and Chili Guaro shots -an original Guanacaste creation.
