Humane Society International and SENASA to collaborate in law enforcement training

Humane Society International and Costa Rica’s Servicio Nacional de Salud Animal (SENASA) will hold a signing ceremony for a memorandum of understanding to collaborate in the improvement of companion and farm animal welfare on Monday, Oct. 22.

An official SENASA and HSI training session on dog fighting issues will follow the ceremony.
