NEW YORK – July 15, 2013 – Renowned New York City architectural firm Ismael Leyva Architects has designed the tallest building in San José, Costa Rica, known as the Torres Paseo Colon. The premier luxury residential tower was developed by Grupo Inmobiliario del Parque with Arquitectura y Diseño as the executive architect. Completed in 2013 and completely sold out, this mixed-use tower combines residential condominiums with high-end retail and offices spaces.
Ismael Leyva, known for his contemporary design aesthetic, has created the mixed-use Torres Paseo Colon to offer a luxury residential lifestyle. The nine-story base provides top-tier retail and office spaces with residences soaring above into the sky. The 29-story, 106-unit Torres Paseo Colon spans approximately 312,000 square feet and includes exclusive amenities on two levels such as a waterfall, lounge and bar, media room, children’s play area, covered parking, outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, and BBQ area. Torres Paseo Colon also includes a fitness center, complete with an indoor track and spa.
A second 30-story tower, currently under construction, will mirror the first with arched balconies softening the modern structure clad in a vibrant, modern hue.
