Okapee started off as an idea, we wanted to give the Costa Rican market a completely new option in fashion. The name comes from the animal (Okapi) which is one of the rarest breeds on earth.
We opened our doors last October becoming Costa Rica’s first streetwear (shop/boutique). Our brands are not your run of the mill brands, they are very exclusive and unique to our shop. We pride ourselves on having only the best for our customers, every piece is hand-picked by our staff. We only offer clothes we genuinely like and at the same time manage to keep prices fair and competitive.
What is Streetwear?
Streetwear is a culture, a movement and a life style. A group of brands and individuals striving to spread a message under the highest standards, always trying to innovate and evolve. Streetwear is based on group mentality and collaborating between each other because we’re all part of this movement.
